WeTravel Pro gives you the chance to use auto-billing.
When creating a payment plan, you only need to check the box to "Enable auto-billing."
When auto-billing is enabled, your client's saved payment method will be charged automatically on each due date.
Instead of receiving reminders to log in and make a payment, they will receive email notifications informing them that the auto-billing date is approaching.

Is auto-billing available for WeTravel Basic users?
Auto-payments are only available for WeTravel Pro users.
Does auto-billing work with local bank and credit card payments?
Yes, it works with both!
Can I set up auto-billing for just a few clients?
Yes, you can modify their specific payment plans in Manage Trip. Here's how.
What email communication does the client receive?
Your client will receive an email notification three days before the payment that it will be charged soon, a receipt for every successful payment, or a notification email in case their chosen payment method fails.
You, as the organizer, will be emailed when a successful payment is made or two days after we have still not been able to charge your customer.
Where can the user change their default payment method?
Users can change their default payment method under Account - Payment Settings.
Can I stop a user from being auto-billed?
Yes, you only need to edit their current payment plan and untick the auto-billing box.
Can I cancel a payment that has already been charged?
No, but you can refund it as soon as it has cleared.
Can I use auto-billing when using Add Participant, Add Payment, or Add Option?
Yes, you can, and our system will save the payment method that you used for the next automatic payment.
Can I use auto-billing for any currency?
Yes, you can set up auto-billing for any currency supported on WeTravel.
Where is it communicated that the client will be automatically charged?
The information is presented in multiple places at check-out before confirming the payments and in all the reminder emails and payment receipts that your client receives.
The billing dates are also visible for you and the client under Manage Trip/Manage Booking.
