Upgrade your WeTravel account to Pro
Just go to your profile:
Scroll down until you see General Settings and click on “Upgrade”.
A pop-up appears where you can choose your preferred WeTravel plan (annual or monthly) and enter your card details below. Please note that we accept all major credit and debit cards for subscriptions.
Click on “Confirm Subscription” and you have successfully upgraded your plan to WeTravel Pro!
Find and download your invoices
While we don’t send any payment confirmation emails after you have successfully upgraded or renewed your subscription with WeTravel, there is a quick way of getting your invoices in your WeTravel account.
To find your subscription invoices, go to your profile page and click the “Manage Subscription” button:
You will be taken to a secure page of our payment provider Stripe. Scroll all the way down to “Invoice History” and click on a small arrow symbol next to the date in order to download an invoice or a receipt for any given time period of your subscription:
Change your WeTravel subscription
Stay in this Stripe dashboard if you want to update or change your current subscription plan. To proceed, please click “Update plan” and choose from the available plans.
You can downgrade to Basic by clicking Continue next to the “WeTravel Basic” (monthly tab):
Or, if you are currently on a monthly plan, change your subscription to a yearly billing cycle by clicking Continue next to the “WeTravel Pro” (yearly tab):

Change your payment method
If you would like to update your current payment method and charge a different card with your next subscription, please click the “Manage Subscription” button on your profile page and manage your cards under the Payment Method section.
Here you can switch the default payment method by choosing between existing payment methods (or remove an old payment method).
You can also add a new payment method if you wish (and then make it your default one).
That’s it! Now all of your new WeTravel subscription payments will be automatically charged to that selected default payment method.

WeTravel Pro was built for travel companies offering multi-day/group tours who are looking for a complete & branded booking solution. Pro account enables companies to manage their financials, payments to partners, registration information, and client communication all in one place.
WeTravel Enterprise is an additional level of customization for larger companies that need a more tailored solution.
How often will I be charged?
If you are a WeTravel Pro user, your subscription will be charged monthly on the same day you made your first payment. Annual subscriptions will be billed on the same day each year.
What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, etc. WeTravel does not charge any additional fee for using the card payment method.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied with your WeTravel Pro or Enterprise account within 30 calendar days of purchase, simply contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund your payment. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your plan before the end of the current subscription period.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, the WeTravel subscription doesn’t have a contract so you can cancel at any time!
Do you have any discounts available? Special pricing for non-profits?
