If you’re paying for your trip in EUR, SEPA is a convenient and free payment method you can choose at checkout. It allows you to make secure transfers from European countries at no extra cost.
Choose EUR as your currency from the dropdown list at checkout.

Complete the checkout steps:

Fill in participant information
Add any desired add-ons
On the payment page, select SEPA Debit as your payment method. Enter your IBAN (International Bank Account Number), Full name, country, and address. Confirm the SEPA payment and authorize WeTravel to debit your account. Please ensure to review the amount and details before submitting.
After submitting the payment:
You’ll receive a payment receipt immediately after completing your payment on our checkout page. Don’t worry if the funds don’t leave your account right away—direct debit payments can take some time to process. Please make sure you have sufficient funds available.
In addition to the receipt, you’ll receive a mandate confirmation email within 1–2 days. It will provide the details of your upcoming direct debit payment along with how the transaction will appear on your bank statement. Mandate emails are separate from any receipts or booking confirmations you may also receive.
Processing times:
While your payment is being processed, it will show as "pending" on your booking dashboard. Payments typically clear within 5–7 business days.
