How to contact my travel organizer?

Learn how to get in touch with your travel provider directly through WeTravel.

You can contact your travel provider directly by:

1. Going to My Trips, clicking on "Manage Booking" and then on “Message organizer” at the bottom of the page, as shown below:


2. Going to My Trips, clicking on your trip title, and then clicking on “Ask A Question” as in the screenshot below:

3. You can always contact your travel provider through other channels like their social media or website.
