How to make a BACS payment?

Paying by BACS: A quick guide

If you’re paying for your trip in GBP (pounds sterling), BACS is a fast, secure, and fee-free payment option available at checkout. It lets you transfer funds safely without any additional charges.

Choose GBP as your currency from the dropdown list at checkout.

Complete the checkout steps:

  • Select your package(s)

  • Fill in participant information

  • Add any desired add-ons

On the payment page, select UK Bank Account as your payment method. Enter your full name as it appears on the account, along with your address, city, postal code, and country from the dropdown menu. Then provide your sort code and account number. Before submitting, make sure to review the payment amount and all details carefully.

After submitting the payment:

You’ll receive a payment receipt immediately after completing your payment on our checkout page. Don’t worry if the funds don’t leave your account right away—direct debit payments can take some time to process. Please make sure you have sufficient funds available.

In addition to the receipt, you’ll receive two mandate confirmation emails within 3–4 days. The first confirms the mandate setup, and the second provides the details of your upcoming one-time direct debit payment. These mandate emails are separate from any receipts or booking confirmations you may also receive.




Processing times:

While your payment is being processed, it will show as "pending" on your booking dashboard. Payments typically clear within 8–9 business days.
