To transfer the funds you've collected, it is necessary to add your payout information first. This guide will walk you through the process of doing a payout to your personal account, as well as provide instructions for doing payouts to a company account and sending money internationally.
Please note that you can only add one local EUR bank account with WeTravel.
Transfer money to your personal EUR bank account
Go to the payout page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and selecting "Payments". Select "My Accounts" from the left-hand side selection. You can always access your payout accounts through this link.
Click on "Add Local Payout Account":
After selecting the currency, you will be prompted to choose whether the account is a personal or a company account.
You will now be forwarded to a secure page of our payment provider Stripe. Stripe is one of the largest online payment processors, used by many large companies (e.g, Facebook, Lyft).
You will be first prompted to enter your email address. If you have a different payout method already set up on WeTravel, such as GBP or EUR, kindly switch to your browser's Incognito or Private Mode. Then, use a different email address from the one you used to link your initial payout account to Stripe.
After entering your phone number, you will receive a text message with a code to verify your phone number.
In the next step, you will need to choose your country and provide additional personal information.
Then you will be asked to enter your EUR payout details.
After you have entered your payment details, you will be asked to verify the information you have entered. If everything looks correct, click "Agree & submit".
You can now initiate a free payout. Payouts take 2-3 business days to arrive at the destination bank account.
Please be aware that during the process, our partner Stripe may require additional documentation to prove your residency in Europe.
"Transfer" button not available?
If you have added a payout method but you do NOT see the "Transfer" button to the right of the payout method, it means that your ID verification is not yet complete. Please contact the WeTravel team so we can verify your identity and activate payouts for your account. See here how to get verified for payouts.
Transfer money to a company account

You have now added your payout method and can transfer funds by clicking on "Transfer". Payouts take 2-3 business days to arrive at the destination bank account.
Please be aware that our partner Stripe may request further details or documentation to verify the operational business address in Europe.
