When creating a trip, you can select from four options in the Settings section of your trip builder:
You have two options regarding the card and wire transfer fees for your participants:
Absorb the credit card and wire transfer fees
Pass them on to your participants. If you choose this option, it is essential to note that participants can pay using their local bank account, and if they choose to pay by card or wire, only then will the fee be added at checkout.
Similarly, when it comes to the WeTravel fee, you can:
Absorb the WeTravel fee yourself
Pass it on to your participants.
Please note that you have the option to set a unique pricing structure for each of your trips. If you make any changes or updates to the pricing structure, it will affect new transactions for that particular trip.
Important: If your travelers pay via wire transfer, the fee is fixed at $30 USD or €30 EUR (depending on the currency chosen). You can choose to pass this fee to your travelers or absorb it yourself. No WeTravel fee is applied when paying by wire transfer.
