WeTravel does NOT automatically deduct any funds or make any automatic charges on a participant's credit card or bank account.

During extensive beta testing, a large percentage of participants disapproved of automatic charges, especially on large purchases like travel. Instead, WeTravel has opted to automate the process by sending automatic reminder emails with personalized links that make it super easy for users to pay with just a few clicks (see more about the automated emails here). 

For the organizers, the process is extremely simple. You just set up the payment schedule and our system takes care of the rest.
