Welcome to our April product update! We’ve rolled out new features to help you enhance user experience, manage bookings more efficiently, and ensure consistent branding across your trip pages. Here’s what’s new:

"Contact Us" Form for Lead Capture

This new customizable "Contact Us" form widget allows you to embed a contact form on your website, helping you capture leads and inquiries directly from potential clients. It’s a seamless way to stay connected with visitors interested in your trips.

Name Editing on Contribution Page

Travelers can now edit their names on contribution pages! Learn how to allow your customers to create contribution pages here.

Team Member Invitation Resend Option

You can now resend invitations directly to team members with pending invites from the team member management page. Simply select the pending member, choose "Resend Invite," and confirm. Learn more about how to add team members here.

Enhanced Branding with Organizer Logos

When you upload your logo in the WeTravel Pro settings, it will appear on trip pages, bringing consistent branding for you and your clients. See all Pro features here.

Participant Manifest Table Filters

We added filters to the Participant tab in Manage Trip to help you find data faster. You can filter by Start Date, Package, Resource Name, and Resource Configuration. These filters are also applied when exporting to Excel, giving you a clean, organized overview of participant data.
