Collect Mandatory eSignatures from Buyers
We heard from many travel organizers that it’s critical to have the buyer eSign your terms & conditions or another document before booking their trips. This gives the organizer extra peace of mind in case of rare chargebacks or liability incidents.
We've implemented that feedback. Starting September 18, for any new trips you create on WeTravel, you can make it mandatory for your buyers to eSign a document before checkout.
Simply click the checkbox “Mandatory at checkout” in the “eSignature” step of the Trip Builder. You can also Preview the eSignature template before publishing your trip if needed. Watch a short demo or read full instructions here.
eSignature, along with branding and URL customization, Customer Auto-Billing, Leads Management, and integrations with Google Analytics and Zapier, are available to organizers with Pro subscription!

Add-ons Can Have Their Own Deadlines
Last-minute requests for extra options can cause headaches—whether it’s coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, or handling logistics. Now, you can avoid these issues by setting deadlines for Add-ons!
Just toggle "Add booking deadline" when creating an Add-on, and travelers won’t be able to book after the date you set.

More Enhancements for You
🇿🇦 You can now price your trips in South African Rand (ZAR) and use ZAR Wallet for wire transfer or supplier transfer.
🗓️ The date picker now includes month and year selection, making it easier to schedule trips far in advance.
🧾 Travelers and organizers can now view how much of each installment has already been paid when making new payments, making it clearer how much is still due.
🔜 Coming soon: request eSign from all participants, not only from the buyer. It’s expected to be available in the next few months. Stay tuned!
