This month’s updates will help you save time and stay organized whether it is managing traveler information or working on your itineraries.


Keep your trip planning on track with Participant Tasks

Managing your travelers’ to-do lists just got easier. With the new Participant Tasks, you can collect all the information you need to run a successful trip, on time and with less effort.

Here is how it works:

  • Request any information from participants: personal details, document uploads, or option selections.

  • Set deadlines for submission, and we'll handle the reminders.

  • No more back-and-forth. All information is updated in real time within your Participant Manifest.

  • Increase conversion by moving questions from checkout to post-checkout tasks.

Capture bookings with Trip Inquiry Form

Some travelers are not ready to book right away, and that is okay. With the new Trip Inquiry Widget, you can easily collect those leads and avoid missed opportunities.

Embed it on your website by simply copying and pasting the HTML code, same as with other widgets. Learn how to set it up here. You can still additionally use the Contact Us widget to collect general inquiries.


Other updates

👥 Assign customers to itineraries directly from the Itinerary Settings, making it simple to organize your internal processes and track sales.

🔗 Share itineraries with other companies on WeTravel. Just go to the itinerary you want to share, click “Share” in the top right corner, and submit the form.

🏨 Include extra details like room type, phone number, and website in the Accommodation item in the Itinerary Builder.

✈️ Keep your Team Members informed about flight changes. Add them to the list of recipients for notifications if a flight is significantly delayed, cancelled, or diverted, even if they do not have access to itineraries, just membership in the organization.

💳 The maximum number of installments in Payment Plans has been increased to 24, giving you more options to make expensive trips more attractive for travelers.

🖥️ The My Trips page has been redesigned to be clearer, with quick-access buttons to edit or preview trip pages.

🔐 We prioritize the security of your account: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is now mandatory for all approved organizers and their team members.
