Business Payment Request

Learn how to quickly create a payment request and share it with your business partners to collect payments, with the option to include an attached invoice.

Updated yesterday

Would you like to collect payments from your business partners? You can use the Business Payment Request option to create and send a request, including an attached invoice, directly to your partners. This allows you to receive funds into your balance while keeping control over how payments are made and processed.

Note: You can create business payment requests and collect funds if your account is verified.

Create Business Payment Request

After clicking “Create”, you can select the “Create Request” option as shown below:

Alternatively, you can find this option via your Payments tab:

Next, complete all required details in the payment request builder:

Add a title, amount, due date, and currency, and optionally include a reference for your own tracking. You can attach a document - such as an invoice (PDF up to 20 MB) - to share with your business partner. You will also be able to choose who covers the payment fees and optionally link the request to a trip for easier organization. Any linked trip is only visible to you and won’t be shown to the payer.

After entering the payment request details, click "Create Request". This action will generate a payment link that can be shared with your partners:

Note: Each payment request is intended for a single payer and can only be completed once. To collect funds from multiple partners, you’ll need to create a separate payment request for each one.

When your partner clicks the link, they will be taken to a secure checkout page to complete the payment, where they can choose from the supported currencies and available payment methods.

During the checkout process, we will collect your partners' first and last names, as well as their email addresses. This information will be available in your Business Payments dashboard.

📧 Once your partner completes a payment, you will be notified via email whether the payment is successful, partially completed (in the case of wire payments), or unsuccessful, so you are always kept informed. The payer will also receive a payment confirmation email that includes the invoice if applicable.

  • Instant Bank Transfer: Includes real-time payment methods such as iDEAL (EUR), Bancontact (EUR), SPEI (MXN), PIX (BRL), and PayTo (AUD), allowing immediate confirmation where available.

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Includes major card networks such as Visa, Mastercard, and other supported card providers for instant payments.

  • Wire Transfer: Includes domestic and international wire payments, typically used for larger transactions, available when collecting payments in USD and EUR.

Manage Business Payment Requests

You can view and manage all your payment requests under Payments > Business Payments. From this page, you can track the status of each request (e.g., open, paid, past due), see requested and received amounts, and review key details such as title, email, and due date. You can filter your requests and export them along with their invoices, or create a new request at any time.

You can manage individual payment requests by clicking the three dots on the right. The available options will vary depending on the request’s status, and each is explained below.

View Request Details: See an overview of the payment request, including all key information.

View Payment Details: Access full details of the completed payment, including transaction information.

Open Request Link: Open the payment link to view the checkout page as your payer would see it.

Issue Refund: Send a full or partial refund back to the original payment method.

Edit: Update the payment request directly in the builder. Any changes will be reflected in the same payment request link.

Delete: Permanently remove the payment request. Once deleted, the request and its payment link will no longer be accessible to you or the payer, and this action cannot be undone.

Note: The edit and delete options are only available if no payment has been received or attributed to the payment request.
