This month brings updates across your whole workflow, from how travelers check out to how you build itineraries and manage individual bookings.
Collect business payments through WeTravel with the lowest fees
You can now collect payments from corporate clients, schools, and other business partners directly through WeTravel with Business payment requests. In addition to regular payment methods, wire transfers are available at a flat rate of 25 USD or EUR per transaction, with no booking fee. You can pass the fee on to the payer.
Here is how it works:
Click Create and select Payment Request. Fill in the basic details like title, due date, and amount, attach an invoice if needed, and optionally link it to a trip.
Send the link to your client. They can pay in their preferred currency using standard local payment methods, or choose wire transfer in USD or EUR.
Track payment status in your account. You can see when a request is open, past due, or paid.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are now available at checkout
Travelers can complete checkout with a single tap using Apple Pay or Google Pay, reducing drop-offs and helping more bookings go through. Both payment methods are available at standard card rates when the traveler chooses to pay with USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, or MXN. See all payment methods and fees here.
Build and edit itineraries faster with the Outline
Editing a long itinerary means a lot of scrolling to find the right section or move an item around. The Outline puts your entire trip on one screen, so structural changes take seconds.
Here is what you can do from the Outline:
Add days, sections, and items in a compact list view, then switch to the Itinerary view to see the visual draft ready for your final edits.
Drag items from your Library directly into the Outline to assemble trips faster.
Edit and format any item directly from the Outline, or switch to the itinerary view to focus on how the content looks.
Drag and drop sections and items to change the order. Every change syncs to your Itinerary instantly.
Add custom items to individual bookings
You can now add a custom add-on or apply a custom discount to any individual booking, with a clear description and a full record in your booking history. Name the item, set the amount, assign it to a participant or the booking, and choose when payment is due. The traveler sees exactly what they are paying for, and every change is logged so nothing gets lost.

Other updates
🏷 Keeping trips organized just got easier. With tags, you can group, label, and filter your trips to find exactly what you need in one click. Learn more about how tags work in this article.
🧩 Tags also help you filter which trips to show on your website with the All Trips widget.
🔍 Three new filters are available in the My Trips list view: owner, departure date, and booking availability.
💱 Buyers will see US$, A$, and C$ at checkout to clearly identify the trip currency and preferred payment currency.
📋 You can now duplicate a Rooming list in a few clicks. Rename it, choose a departure date for recurring trips, and optionally keep the existing participant assignments.
💬 You can now send a payment reminder to any buyer with an upcoming payment installment, not just those with due or past-due ones. Learn how to trigger a custom payment reminder here.
🔑 Your travelers can now sign in with just their email and a unique code sent to their inbox, no password needed.
