Here is what you can do:
Spend your funds instantly, without extra fees. Move money from your WeTravel wallet to a card in more than 10 currencies and use it right away. Smart currency routing helps you avoid hidden currency conversion fees.
Issue virtual cards for business expenses. Give team members their own expense cards, which they can add to Apple Pay or Google Pay. Every expense is tracked in WeTravel.
Pay any supplier that accepts card payments. Send a single-use virtual card securely by email. You set the expiration date and the amount, and the supplier charges it at their terminal.

Cancellations and refunds are now managed in one place, and every change is recorded automatically, so your records stay accurate without manual cleanup.
Here is how it works:
Click Cancel or Refund in the three-dot menu for a booking, choose to cancel, refund, or both, and review the impact before you confirm.
Track every refund as a clear line item on the booking, so your records stay traceable and reconcile correctly.
Show travelers exactly what changed, with the refund on their receipt and a single consolidated email.

🛒 Abandoned checkouts now become Opportunities in your CRM, showing which trip the buyer wanted and how far they got. Learn how it works.

📅 You can now create dated sections in itineraries that are aligned and adjusted automatically if you make changes in the trip start date or duration. Your existing itineraries may show new, dated sections without content. Those are not visible to your travelers. You can disable this feature in the itinerary settings. Learn how it works.
♻️ You can now move your WeTravel itineraries into trip pages. When creating a new trip, select "Insert existing itinerary" in Step 2: Trip page. Learn how it works.
🧩 You can now turn packages off, publish a trip as a proposal, and share it with your traveler. When ready, toggle packages on in Trip Builder to start accepting bookings.
