This month brings updates that help you collaborate with partners, share polished itineraries, and get paid on time with less manual work. Here is what is new.
New 0% fee payment method
Bancontact is now available as a local payment option for travelers paying in EUR. It is Belgium's most popular payment method, used for around 60% of all online payments in the country.
This is part of Multi-Currency Checkout, which lets your travelers pay with their local payment method and currency while you receive funds in your currency, saving on fees. See the full list of available payment methods here.
Empower your team to connect with 5,000+ partners
More team members can now access Partner Hub and the Marketplace to discover and connect with partners directly.
A new permission, "Manage partners and Marketplace posts," is available under Network in team member settings. It has been enabled by default for team members with "Create trips on behalf of" or "Add wire payout accounts and suppliers" access.
With Partner Hub, you can:
Search 5,000+ vetted travel partners and filter by location, type, and more
Connect with partners, message them directly, and pay them within WeTravel for free, instantly
Request or offer services in the Marketplace and connect with partners looking to collaborate
Itinerary PDFs got a fresh new look
Now you and your travelers can choose between Compact and Full PDF versions.
Full PDF got a glow up:
All information from your itinerary now displays in the PDF, including all images
Images are better formatted, with adjustable cropping when adding a new image
Maps and flights have been redesigned to be more compact while showing all the details
New sections are now supported: Packages, What's Included, and About the Organizer
If you have a trip connected to the itinerary, clients can scan a QR code to complete the booking directly
New Compact PDF contains only the essentials:
Activity titles, times, and addresses
Flights and room details
No images or maps, so your whole schedule fits on a couple of pages

More control over payment reminders
You now have more flexibility in sending payment reminders. Target individual bookings or send messages in bulk.
Here is how it works:
On the Bookings tab in Manage Trip, select "Send Payment Reminder" from the three dots menu to reach a specific buyer.
Or go to the Messages tab, create a new message for everyone with a past due payment, and use the checkboxes to include or exclude individual buyers from the list.
Each email contains a direct payment link. You can also add a custom message before sending.

Other Updates
💸 The processing fee for pay-ins via wire on WeTravel is 25 USD or 25 EUR per transaction, down from 30. As before, there is no WeTravel fee for wire pay-ins.
🖼 Itineraries now support a Portrait layout. To try it, open your itinerary and switch the layout in Settings. Note that the Portrait layout requires the itinerary to be connected to a trip.
👥 You can now assign participants to rooms in the Rooming List in bulk.
🎯 Toggle to hide full rooms in the Rooming List. When enabled, you only see unassigned rooms and participants.
