If a customer has a past due payment, you can quickly send them a reminder with a personalized payment link.
Go to My Trips, then click Manage Trip.
Under the Bookings tab, locate the participant with a past-due amount (shown in red). Click the three dots next to their name and select “Send Payment Reminder.”
Payment reminders can only be sent to buyers with past due payments, which are displayed in red in your trip dashboard.
You can now edit the message before sending. You may also attach files if needed. Please note that file attachments are a Pro feature.
Once ready, click “Send Now.”
If you prefer not to send it immediately, you also have the option to schedule the reminder for later.
You’re all set! 🎉 Your customer will receive an email with a personalized link to complete their payment.
