If a customer has an upcoming installment payment, you can quickly send them a reminder with a personalized payment link.
Go to My Trips, then click Manage Trip.
Under the Bookings tab, locate the participant with an upcoming payment. Click the three dots next to their name and select “Send Payment Reminder.”
You can now edit the message before sending. You may also attach files if needed. Please note that file attachments are a Pro feature.
Once ready, click “Send Now.”
If you prefer not to send it immediately, you also have the option to schedule the reminder for later.
You’re all set! 🎉 Your customer will receive an email with a personalized link to complete their payment.
