You need to enter your payout details in order to transfer your collected funds. This article will first explain how to do payouts to your own personal account. Then, we discuss how to do payouts to a company account as well as how to send money internationally.
Please note that you can only add one local AUD bank account with WeTravel.
Transfer money to your personal AUD bank account
Go to the payout page by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and selecting "Payments". Select "Payout Accounts" from the left-hand side selection. You can always access your payout accounts through this link.
Click on "Add Local Payout Account":
After selecting the AUD currency, you will be prompted to choose whether the account is a personal or a company account. Please choose Personal.
You will now be forwarded to a secure page of our payment provider Stripe. Stripe is one of the largest online payment processors, used by many large companies (e.g, Facebook, Lyft).
You will first be prompted to enter your email address.
After entering your phone number, you will receive a text message with a code to verify your phone number. In the next step, you will need to provide additional personal and business information.
Finally, you will be asked to enter your AUD payout details.
After entering your bank details, please double-check that all requirements are met and provide any missing information. Once everything is complete, submit, and you’re all set!
You can now initiate a free payout. Please keep in mind that payouts take 2-3 business days to arrive at the destination bank account.
Transfer money to a company account
A pop-up will open, asking you to choose whether the payout is for an Individual or Business Account. Please choose Business.

You have now added your payout method and can transfer funds by clicking on "Transfer". Please keep in mind that payouts take 2-3 business days to arrive at the destination bank account.
"Transfer" button not available?
If you have added a payout method but do NOT see the "Transfer" button to the right of the payout method, it means that your acccount verification is not yet complete. Please contact the WeTravel team so we can verify your identity and activate payouts for your account. See here how to get verified for payouts.
