WeTravel, as the operating system for multi-day travel businesses and trip organizers, prioritizes the safety and integrity of our platform. To achieve this, we have implemented clear user eligibility guidelines that ensure a trustworthy and reliable environment for all users.
Prohibited Regions:
Individuals or businesses associated with specific prohibited operations, or operating from or conducting transactions within designated high-risk regions or jurisdictions, will not be permitted to use the WeTravel platform. These prohibited operations and high-risk regions or jurisdictions include Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Yemen and the Yemeni island of Socotra, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk Regions.
Prohibited Users and Activities:
1. Prohibited Users
WeTravel strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any individual or business entity associated with the following:
Users operating within, or conducting transactions involving, the designated high-risk regions as noted above.
Users named to a restricted person or party list maintained by the United States of America, United Kingdom, European Union or United Nations, including the sanctions lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control or the Denied Persons List or Entity List maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Users engaging in Prohibited Activities as defined by WeTravel.
Users opening Organizer or Supplier accounts who are under 18 years of age.
2. Prohibited Activities
Exploitation and Harm:
Acts of unlawful violence or the infliction of physical or psychological harm upon persons or property, regardless of intent.
Incitement of unlawful physical/psychological violence or harm against any demographic group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.
The recruitment, control, or exploitation of minors.
Big-game hunting, the promotion of big-game hunting experiences, or the exploitation of endangered animals.
Illegal and Deceptive Practices:
Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, network marketing, and referral marketing programs, including travel clubs where revenue is generated from both sales and new seller sign-ups.
"Get rich quick" schemes, including investment opportunities or services that mislead consumers with promises of high rewards for minimal effort, deceptive testimonials, high-pressure upselling, and/or fake testimonials.
Financial advice or investment opportunities with no or low money down.
Offering products and services by or on behalf of embassies and consulates, or offering government services without authorization.
Prohibited Products and Services:
Luxury or exotic car hire.
Trips featuring medical procedures, the sale of prescription products, prescription-dispensing services, or therapies involving the ingestion of legal or potentially illegal substances, including pseudo-pharmaceuticals or nutraceutical substances.
Last-minute services and/or ticket reselling.
The sales of flight, rail, or other travel tickets without inclusion of other trip features, such as accommodation.
The direct rental or hire of vehicles without inclusion of other trip features, such as accommodation.
The direct sale of short or long-term travel insurance.
Mortgage consulting, lending, credit repair, debt consolidation, financial counseling services, and currency exchange services.
Adult services, including prostitution, escorts, pay-per-view, sexual massages, fetish services, mail-order brides, and adult live-chat features.
At our discretion, we may also act in alignment with our payment partners and their policies related to prohibited regions or activities.
Zero Tolerance Policy
WeTravel operates a zero-tolerance policy on any form of abuse, bullying, or harassment through any means or technology, including new or emerging, against any of our employees. Breaches of this policy can result in account suspension and closure.
Disclaimer
WeTravel holds the right to modify or amend, at any time and without prior notice, the above Prohibited Regions, Users, and Prohibited Activities.
The above Prohibited Regions, Users, and Activities are not exhaustive; WeTravel reserves the right to revise the above at its sole discretion.
Public statements will not be made to advise when the list of Prohibited Regions, Users, and Activities, or any other information contained within this document has been revised and modified, or amended.
At our discretion, we may also act in alignment with our payment partners and their policies related to prohibited regions or activities.
Verification Process and User Responsibility
The WeTravel verification process is a mandatory requirement for platform access. For more details on our verification process
WeTravel reserves the right to decline any account at any point during the verification process or at any time during the user's engagement with the platform, upon discovery of a violation of these policies.
It is the sole responsibility of each user to ensure compliance with WeTravel's platform usage policy.
Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information, or submitting falsified or tampered documentation during the verification process, will result in the verification process being terminated and the related account blocked from user access.

Account Closure and Final Decisions
Accounts determined to be linked to prohibited regions or prohibited activities during the verification process will be terminated.
WeTravel reserves the right to close accounts after a verification process has been terminated at its sole discretion, without providing detailed explanations.
If a user has breached these guidelines after the account was approved, the account may be suspended. This suspension can result in removal of user access to the account, and potentially, the account being closed.
Decisions regarding account suspension and closure are final and non-negotiable.
