How do we verify partners who appear on the WeTravel Partner Hub
Every new Organizer and Supplier account also undergoes a manual review of their and their product/service listings by our Verification team. We check for consistency and accuracy, and adherence to our Prohibited Regions, Users, and Activities policy.
These extra steps help us catch fraudulent or misleading information that any automated systems might miss.
The verification process doesn't stop at sign-up and that first verification. We use continuous monitoring to detect any suspicious activity or changes in user behaviour. If an account is flagged for unusual or any potentially fraudulent activity, we take immediate action, which may include further investigation, temporary suspension, or permanent deactivation.
