Guide to getting verified as a Supplier

Learn how you can accept an invite and become a supplier on WeTravel.

Updated this week

You can join WeTravel as a supplier either through an invitation from an existing WeTravel user or by creating an account directly.

After you've received an invitation to join our platform from another WeTravel user, please accept the invitation directly from that email:

If you already have a WeTravel account, the invitation from your partner will appear like this:

WeTravel uses three verification levels, depending on how you plan to use the platform.

For suppliers or partners, please proceed to select Level 1 or Level 2 to start the verification process:

The requirements and features will be outlined, and if our verification team needs anything further during the process, they will contact you via email.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How long does it take to verify the account?

It can take about 15 minutes to submit the information and up to 3 business days for our verification team to review it to see if all the documents provided meet our verification requirements. If we need anything additional from you, we will contact you via email (please monitor your spam folders too). We will proceed with verification checks as soon as we receive the documents and information required to verify your account.

Where can I see the status of my account verification?

You can view the status of your verification case and take any necessary action under the Trust & Verification section on your account.

What happens once I am verified as a Supplier?

Once your account is verified, both you and your partner(if invited) will be notified. You can begin receiving supplier transfers to your WeTravel account. To withdraw funds, you will need to add your bank account. Click here to find out more.

Can I organise trips and collect funds from customers?

No, as a Level 1 or 2 supplier, you can only receive and send supplier transfers. If you wish to run your own trips, you will need to verify yourself as an organiser. Click here to review our verification process and policies for the organizers.

I’m already verified as an Organizer(Level 3) — does that mean I’m also a Supplier?

Yes — if you’re a fully verified Organizer, you’re automatically considered a Supplier once another party invites you. This means you’ll be able to send and receive supplier payments as soon as you're added to their supplier list.

If you were partially verified by mistake, please reach out to us at info@wetravel.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
