We offer several options to help you promote your trips even further on your website. This allows your customers to view your trips, packages, download brochures, ask questions, and book your trip all without leaving your website.
To find the widgets of your specific trip, go to "Manage Trip" and select the "Promote" tab.
Here, you will see all available widgets for your trips:
Book Now Button
Our embedded checkout process creates an iframe overlay on your webpage, making it easy to keep clients on your website while they book their trip and helping to maintain your branding consistency.
You can customize the button's text and color here. If you prefer a simple link instead of a button, check the "Text link" box.
Once ready, click "Copy HTML" to copy the code, then paste it into your website. It will generate the exact button you designed. When clicked, this button will launch the overlay checkout process directly on your website.
Note: The widget will update automatically when you make changes to your trip, so there's no need to re-embed it on your website.
How to customize the button
If you need to customize the button further to match the exact style of other buttons on your website, you can easily do so with very basic web development skills. It will take any web developer less than 2 minutes to add the existing button class used on your website to the HTML code provided by WeTravel.
Packages
You can customize the text and color of the button within your Packages Widget here. If you prefer not to display reviews, just uncheck the 'Show Reviews' box.
Once done, click on 'Copy HTML' to copy the generated code, and paste that code into your website. This code will embed the exact package widget you designed, allowing your clients to see real-time availability for all your pricing packages.
Packages will display orange comments if there are fewer than 4 spots available for that package or if the available date is less than one week from the current date.
Clicking on the 'Book Now' button creates an overlay checkout process on your own website, where they can complete their booking.
Direct Link
Use these links to direct clients to WeTravel’s booking and payment pages.
All Trips
Our embedded trip widget shows a full overview of all of your public trips on WeTravel.
You can customize the text and color of the button, the title of the all trips widget, and choose if the button links to the trip page or checkout page.
You can also filter which trips appear in the widget by selecting specific tags that you’ve created in your My Trips section, allowing you to organize and display only the trips you want.
👉🏽 By selecting specific tags you’ve created, you can create multiple All Trips widgets with each displaying a different set of trips. Any trip with a selected tag will automatically appear in the corresponding embedded widget.
We also indicate availability in the widget. If a trip is full, it displays 'Sold out'; if three or fewer spots remain across all packages, it shows 'Only X spots left.'
Once ready, copy the code by clicking on 'Copy HTML', and paste it into your website. It will create the exact All Trips widget that you have just designed. Clicking on the button will direct your clients to your trip page.
Please keep in mind that the All Trips widget displays only upcoming trips that are set to public. Here are the key rules to consider:
Public trips with future departure dates will be shown
Past and deactivated trips are automatically excluded
Recurring trips will be shown only if they have at least one upcoming date
Note: The widget will update automatically when you add a new trip or when any of your current trips end. There's no need to re-embed it on your website.
Brochure Button
With our embedded brochure button, customers can easily download your trip brochure and access all trip-related information in one single document without having to leave your website.
Here, you can customize the text and color of the button of the brochure widget. If you prefer it not to be a button but a link, check the "Text link" checkbox.
Once ready, you can copy the code by clicking on 'Copy HTML,' and pasting it into your website. It will create the exact button you have just designed. Clicking on the button allows your customers to download the trip brochure on your own website.
Note: If you've uploaded your own brochure for the trip, the embeddable widget will display it. If no custom brochure is added and your WeTravel profile has the auto-generated brochure enabled, the widget will display the standard auto-generated brochure. Learn more here.
How To Customize Your "Download Brochure" Button
Note: You will receive an email notification whenever someone downloads a brochure from your website or your WeTravel trip page.

This form is ideal for collecting trip-related questions from existing or potential customers directly from your website.
To modify the fields on your form, click on Edit Form Template.

Here, you can drag and drop Fields into the form. By clicking on any field, you can edit the question title or toggle the Required setting. After you are finished, remember to hit Save to save your updates.
Please note that you cannot create new questions directly within the form editor. To create a new question, you must first create a field in the Fields section, and then you can include it in the form. More information on how this works can be found here.
🚨 Important: The form template is shared across all trips. Changes will apply to all your trip inquiry widgets on your site.
Once your fields are set, use the Widget Configuration to choose a widget type (Inline or Popup) and customize the pop-up button text, submit button text, button color, and text color.
Once you have finished creating your form and customizing the widget, click Save and Update to apply your changes.
If it's your first time setting it up, click 'Copy HTML,' and paste it into your website. It will generate the trip inquiry form you just customized, including the trip name for clear reference.
If you have already embedded it, changes will automatically go live when you save them.
When an inquiry is submitted, you and your customer both receive a copy via email. The lead instantly appears in your CRM Opportunities tab, and you can reply from either the email or the dashboard if you have our Pro plan.
Team members will also receive a copy via email and can view and reply if they have access to all trips and the "Send messages to participants" permission is enabled.
For account-specific widgets, go to "Account" and select the "Website Widgets" tab.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do these widgets work on both mobile and web browsers?
Yes, the widgets are fully responsive and work seamlessly on both mobile devices and web browsers.
What’s the difference between the general Contact Us form and the Trip Inquiry form?
The general Contact Us form is designed for account-level, broad inquiries that aren’t tied to a specific trip, while the Trip Inquiry form is tailored for collecting questions related to a particular trip. The Trip Inquiry form displays the trip name and routes inquiries directly to you and your team members with access to that trip.
