Adjustment to WeTravel accounts will be posted within 2 business days after receipt of funds.

  • International wire transfers take 3 to 5 business days to arrive in our account

  • International wire transfers might have incoming wire fees. This amount will depend on the bank used to send the wire transfer. WeTravel will only credit the organizer’s WeTravel account with the funds actually received.

  • USD ACH transfers take 2 business days to clear.

Note on reporting

Top-ups carried out via wire transfer will not be shown in Top-up reporting in WeTravel. You will find these Top-ups in Transfer Reporting.
