You can top-up your balance so you have funds in your WeTravel account to initiate refunds when needed.

Please note that while we don't charge for the wire top-up transfer, there may be some sending fees applied by your bank as well as processing fees charged by the intermediary bank before the funds reach us. Unfortunately, this is beyond WeTravel’s control.
