December updates: Fewer manual updates across payments and itineraries

Updated over 2 weeks ago

This month’s updates support your full flow, from finding the right partners to keeping trip details and payment plans up to date for travelers.

Keep payment plans accurate for late bookings

Keep payment plans accurate for late bookings without manual updates or past-due payments for new buyers. When creating or editing a payment plan, enable the option to adjust it automatically for late bookings. At checkout, any past due amounts are redistributed across the remaining installments, and last-minute bookings pay the full amount in one payment.

Enable this option in your Payment Plans to keep the payment experience clear for travelers.

Request and offer services in the WeTravel Partner Hub

Connecting with the right partner is now even easier. Post your request or offer with details like destination, travel type, trip dates, budget, and more. Your post will be visible in the Partner Hub and emailed to the most relevant partners.

Key trip details built into the itinerary

The Itinerary Builder now includes built-in sections About the Organizer, Reviews, Packages and Add-Ons, and What’s Included / What’s Not. This helps travelers make decisions faster and reduces extra work for your team.

Here is how it works:

  • New itineraries include About the Organizer and Reviews automatically. You can remove these sections at any time or add them to existing itineraries by clicking Add section.

  • To show bookable Packages and Add-Ons, click Add section, select Packages and Add-Ons, and choose the trip you want to pull data from. The information stays synced with the trip page without manual edits.

  • In the same way, you can add a What’s Included / What’s Not section.

This update helps you keep everything organized in one place and makes itineraries easier for travelers to understand.
