November updates: Partner messaging, recurring trip Lists, and new lead tools

Updated this week

We added new tools to help you connect with partners, organize recurring trips, and turn itinerary interest into new leads. Here is what is new in your WeTravel account this month.

Message partners directly in Partner Hub

In Partner Hub you can search among more than 5,000 partners, and now you can also send them a message directly through the platform. Team members now have access to Partner Hub as well, so your whole team can research partners, review profiles, and support your sourcing process.

More improvements are coming to help you connect with the right partners and strengthen your network.

Keep recurring trip departures organized with Rooming Lists

You can now organize travelers by rooms, buses, activities, or any custom grouping for each departure in your recurring trips.

Here is how it works:

  • Go to Manage Trip and select the Lists tab.

  • When you create a new list, you will be able to link it to a specific departure date.

  • In the list, you will only see participants for that selected departure.

Turn itinerary PDF downloads into new leads

You can now collect traveler emails when they download a PDF version of your itinerary. This helps you capture interest from travelers who are not ready to book yet.

Here is how to enable it:

  • Open the itinerary and click the menu panel at the top.

  • Scroll down the header editor and toggle the ‘Require email to download PDF’ setting ‘ON’.

  • The feature is turned off by default for all new itineraries.

  • You will receive email notifications for every new lead. Pro users can review all leads in the Customers tab.

To create a new itinerary faster, use Smart Import to convert a PDF or a link into a dynamic itinerary.

More updates are coming in the next weeks to help you collect traveler payments more easily and reduce fees. Stay tuned!
