Purpose of the Partner Marketplace Board
The Partner Marketplace Board helps travel organizers and travel providers, referred to collectively as organizers, discover trusted partners that support travel experiences. It is designed to foster collaboration, visibility, and meaningful connections among partners and organizers while remaining safe, professional, and useful for everyone.
Every community is shaped by the people who participate in it. By posting and engaging here, partners and organizers help build a space defined by respect, transparency, and shared purpose. These guidelines outline both what we expect of participants and how WeTravel enforces those expectations.
Core Principles
1. Treat partners with respect
This board is meant to help people connect, not harm each other. Harassment, bullying, discriminatory behavior, and threats of violence are not tolerated. Content or behavior that targets individuals or marginalized groups for abuse or hatred is strictly prohibited.
2. Participate authentically and follow the board’s purpose
Posts and interactions must be genuine, relevant to tour operations or travel services, and aligned with the intent of the community. Avoid spam, mass-promotion, content manipulation, or disruptive activity.
3. Protect privacy and confidentiality
Never post another person’s personal, confidential, or sensitive information. Sharing organizer or traveler data, private communications, or proprietary assets without consent is prohibited.
4. Keep interactions safe for all, including minors
Any content involving minors must be responsible, contextual, and professional. Suggestive, exploitative, or harmful content is prohibited.
5. Be transparent and truthful
You do not need to reveal your personal identity, but you must not impersonate another individual or company. Do not mislead organizers with false claims, hidden fees, fabricated testimonials, or manipulated media.
6. Keep the board professional and safe
Only share appropriate content that is safe to view and aligned with professional community standards. Graphic, explicit, offensive, or shocking content is not permitted.
7. Follow the law and platform policies
Illegal content, services, solicitations, or transactions are not allowed. This includes fraud, unlicensed activity, or promotion of prohibited services.
8. Don’t misuse the platform
Do not attempt to break, exploit, or circumvent the Community Board’s functionality or interfere with others’ ability to use it normally. Automated posting, misleading redirects, or harmful links are not allowed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the Partner Marketplace Board?
The Marketplace Board is a new space inside the Partner Hub where members can post requests, share services, offer collaboration opportunities, and network with other organizer-like businesses. It helps users connect at scale without needing dozens of 1-to-1 outreach messages.
Who can participate?
Any verified partner offering or requesting a service relevant to travel experiences may post and participate. Partners can browse posts, contact partners, and explore services that support their trips.
Team members with permission to "Add wire payout accounts and suppliers" will also have access to create, edit, delete, and respond to posts.
Can I edit my post after publishing?
Yes. You can update your service description, pricing, or contact details at any time. Keeping information up to date helps organizers decide quickly.
How can organizers contact me?
Organizers will contact you via the method you include in your listing. This may be an email, a website, a booking link, or a phone number. You will receive a connection request from organizers who are interested, and you can accept the request and send a message as well with your reply email.
Can I post anonymously?
Yes. All posts are default posted anonymously, which means none of your personal information will be shared. You can toggle this off when creating your post if you prefer your personal information to be displayed.
How often can I post?
Partners may post as often as relevant when requesting specific services or offering services. Additional posts for special promotions or seasonal offerings are allowed, as long as they are not excessive or repetitive.
How do I get the most visibility for my listing?
Use a clear service description
Add location and availability specifics
Keep your listing updated
What happens if I violate the guidelines?
Posts that violate guidelines may be removed. In repeated or serious cases, account access may be restricted.
Does WeTravel edit or rewrite partner content?
WeTravel reserves the right to modify posts that do not adhere to WeTravel guidelines. Content that violates these guidelines may be removed, and WeTravel may request revisions when necessary for clarity or safety.
How does moderation work?
WeTravel uses a combination of:
Automated checks to detect policy violations
Human review of flagged content
Community reporting
We take a neutral stance in factual disputes and enforce rules consistently, regardless of partner size or client status.
What happens if my post violates the guidelines?
Depending on the severity:
We may ask you to update your content
We may temporarily hide or remove the listing
We may restrict or suspend your posting privileges
Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the board
Do posts expire or get archived?
Posts can expire automatically if you set a deadline when creating your post. When the deadline date passes, your post will automatically disappear from the Partner Marketplace listing. You can also update or remove your post anytime before the deadline in your Partner dashboard.
Who can see my post?
Your post is visible to all verified organizers using the Partner Hub. Partners can also browse the board to discover collaboration opportunities. There are no regional restrictions on who can view your post; however, you can set a specific target audience during posting for whom you will get notified.
Will I be notified if someone interacts with my post?
Yes. You will receive a notification whenever an organizer sends a connection request or contacts you using the method you listed in your post. Make sure your email and notification preferences are enabled in your WeTravel Partner Hub profile (under the Account tab).
How can organizers find my post?
Organizers can discover your post through:
