To help you and your team be more efficient, we have created the itinerary builder's library. It holds previously saved snippets of text, items, or entire sections that can be reused within the itinerary builder.

The Library tab on the Itinerary page provides an overview of all the elements you have added.

You can find all the information you have saved here, in order of last edit. You can use the search function to find the library elements by name.

Use the three-dot menu to duplicate, rename, or delete library elements as needed.

As you design your itinerary, you may find that there are sections, items, or texts you want to reuse repeatedly, such as your contact information or general information about a country.

When you create those elements, you can save them in the library immediately. In the edit panel, click on the star:

You can do this in any edit panel, both for entire sections or for separate items.

After naming your library element and clicking add to the library, you can continue working on the itinerary. Your flow is not interrupted, but you will have saved yourself time in the future of having to create the same element again.

You can scroll to find the correct element to add to your current itinerary, but using the search function is likely faster.

You can search through both library-saved content and existing itineraries, even if those contents haven't been specifically saved to your library:

When you are creating a new itinerary or editing one, and you want to add a library element, you can click on the Library button (star) in the header:

This opens up the library with all your library elements in order of last edit.

Click the '+' button to add the specific element to your itinerary.

After adding content from the library to a specific itinerary, feel free to edit as needed!. Editing here will only edit the information on the current itinerary but not within the saved library.

You have several options to edit a library element. You can click on the pencil icon on the main library tab:

You can also click anywhere on the line of the library element you want to edit, which will open the editor as well.

While in the itinerary builder, you can click the pencil icon after you have opened the library:

This allows you to edit the library element before adding it to the itinerary.

The team member settings give different permissions to access the itinerary builder and edit the Library.

In the permission settings, you can grant team members access to manage itineraries or both itineraries and the library.
