WeTravel tools are compatible with Windows and Mac, and work on most popular web browsers as well as on the mobile browsers of Android and iOS devices. Sometimes, however, you will need to troubleshoot your browser to continue managing your WeTravel account smoothly and securely.

If you experience issues with our site, like blank pages or 404 errors, it’s likely down to the browser you are using. These are the following environments our team confirmed work best with our tools:

The importance of having your browser up-to-date

To use WeTravel tools and all the features uninterruptedly, we recommend that you keep your browser up-to-date. Outdated browsers can open up to some serious security flaws, such as viruses, fraud, phishing attacks and scams. Not only do we always improve our site and want you to have the fastest experience using our service, we also want you to stay safe online and protected by the latest security measures.

Please note that older operating systems might not support the most recent version of your browser. You will need to first update your operating system or device in order to then update your browser.

You have upgraded your browser but still experience some issues

  • Check your internet connection and make sure it’s working properly!

  • If you have any urgent payment to manage, please switch to another browser - we recommend switching to Chrome.

  • You can enable cookies and clear the cache in order to refresh your systems.

  • Switch to your browser’s Incognito or Private Mode (Ctrl + Shift + N on Windows and ⌘ + Shift + N on Mac).
