Do you have past trips that you'd like to hide or have you put one of your trips on pause for the time being? Learn how to deactivate a trip without losing any of the trip or participant information.
Just go to My Trips and select "Deactivate" from the drop-down menu next to it.
After deactivation, the trip will not be accessible through your trip URL anymore but all of your information is still saved. You and your team members can still access the trip dashboard. Clients who have already booked the trip also have access to their dashboard. Manual payments can still be made but all automatic payment reminder emails and payments are now stopped.
However, its important to note that automatic emails regarding any booking modifications will still be sent. If you would prefer for no emails to be sent at all, you should archive the trip instead.
Please note that the participants will not receive any emails to inform them that the trip has been deactivated.
You can reactivate the trip at any time by going to Deactivated Trips on the left-hand side menu and then selecting "Reactivate" from the drop-down menu:
