You can easily reset your password by clicking on "Sign In", entering your email, clicking "Next" and there clicking on the "Forgot password?" link. It will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
If the link is not working for any reason, please click on "Forgot password?" again and make sure you use the link in the latest email sent to you.
If you see the following error message when trying to reset your password, common reasons include:
You clicked on the link in the email after 24 hours (the link has expired).
You opened the link in the email two or more times.
You used an outdated/expired link and not the latest one we sent to you.
Please make sure to use the latest "Reset your WeTravel password" email that we've sent because the previous links will expire. Additionally, please make sure you use one of our officially supported browsers to manage your login effectively.
