Cancellation policies are set by the trip organizer. 

Please check the trip’s description for the applicable cancellation policy or contact the organizer if it’s a private trip.

For trips that are featured on the WeTravel marketplace (https://www.wetravel.com/trips) and if no cancellation policy is mentioned in the trip description, then the policy is the following: 

  • Deposits are non-refundable if the trip is happening. 
  • If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to departure, the penalty is 50% of the trip price. 
  • Within 30 days of departure, the penalty is 100%. 

To minimize any loss and to protect yourself during the trip, we highly recommend taking out a comprehensive insurance policy that covers cancellation. You can book travel insurance at great rates from our Partner Travelex here.
