To cancel an add-on option, please go to your trip dashboard, click on the three dots close to any participant and choose "Cancel Booking or Add-On":
Select the option that you want to cancel and click "Continue".
Confirm the cancellation in the second dialogue box by clicking "Confirm".
The add-on option is now canceled and your participant will receive a notification email. Please note that this does not yet issue a refund! Click here to learn how to issue refunds.
