How to cancel a booking?

Learn how to cancel a participant's booking and what happens to the funds they have already paid after cancellation.

To cancel a booking please go to your trip dashboard, click on the three dots close to any client, and choose "Cancel Booking or Option":


Select the participants/options that you want to cancel and click "Continue". Confirm the cancellation in the second dialogue box by clicking "Confirm Cancellation".

The bookings/options are now canceled and your participants will receive a notification email. Please note that this does not yet issue a refund! Click here to learn how to issue refunds.


PS: Issuing a full refund will also automatically cancel the booking.
