How to Cancel an Add-on for a Participant

Learn how to cancel a participant’s add-on with a few easy clicks!

This article walks you through canceling and, if applicable, refunding an add-on directly from your trip dashboard.

Go to your trip dashboard, click the three dots next to any participant, and select "Cancel or Refund":

Select the best option based on what needs to be canceled and whether a refund is needed. The option you choose here determines how the booking and payment plan will be updated.

Choose which add-ons to cancel and/or refund, then select Next. On this page, you will see what is being canceled and the updated booking total:

Review the updated booking and remaining balance to ensure everything is correct:

Note: Before confirming, you can add a custom message to the participant's notification email.

Confirm the cancellation by clicking "Confirm".

After confirming, the add-on is canceled and, if requested, refunded, and your participant will receive a notification email with the details.
