What to do if WeTravel Card details were stolen?

Learn what to do if you think your WeTravel Card was compromised, has unknown charges or needs to be terminated.

IMPORTANT: The use of all WeTravel Cards (plastic and/or virtual) is temporarily suspended.

Currently, it is not possible to create, top-up, or use any WeTravel Card.

We hope to resume WeTravel Cards soon with a new payment processor; you can track live updates here. In the meantime, please send funds to partners and suppliers via Supplier Transfer.

Suspend your card

If you think that your WeTravel Card details (like your card number, expiry date or CVV) have been compromised, you can suspend your card.

Unknown charges

If your WeTravel Card has transactions that you don't recognize and you think that your card details were stolen, please get in touch with us via info@wetravel.com.

Request termination of your WeTravel Card
