To access the travelers' report, navigate to "Reports" in the main menu and select "Travelers" under the Performance Reports section on the left.
From this dashboard, you can filter your data by departure date, trip title, ID, owner, or currency.
You will see summaries for all bookings, travelers, including the booked amount, the paid amount, upcoming installments, and past-due installment amounts. To download your data, select "Export."
Data Table Overview
The Data Table provides a breakdown of every individual traveler across all trip departures.
🚨 Important: This report shows only travelers (participants). A buyer who purchases on behalf of someone else (e.g., a parent booking for a child) will not appear as a row unless they are also listed as a traveler/participant.
You can sort the list by clicking any column header.
Trip Name & ID (if applicable) - The name and unique identifier of the trip.
Trip Owner - The name of the organizer or team member who created the trip.
Departure Date - The date the trip begins.
Departure End Date - The date the trip ends.
Currency - The currency used for the trip.
Buyer First Name - First name of the person who made the purchase.
Buyer Last Name - Last name of the person who made the purchase.
Buyer Email - Email address of the buyer.
Traveler First Name - First name of the participant.
Traveler Last Name - Last name of the participant.
Traveler Email - Email address of the participant.
Status - Shows if the participant has been canceled or is going on the trip.
Package - Name of the package the participant selected.
Personal Add-ons - Comma-separated list of personal add-ons selected by this participant.
Discount Code - Discount code applied to the booking for this participant.
Booked Amount - Total booked amount for the order.
Created At - When the participant record was created.
E-Signature - Shows if the participant has signed, not signed, or N/A.

Note: This report updates periodically. Please be aware that recent activity may not be reflected immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why doesn’t the data reflect my recent changes?
Our reports refresh approximately every 6 hours. If you’ve processed a change very recently, please allow one full refresh cycle for those updates to appear in your dashboard report.
Why are some people missing from the Travelers report?
The Travelers report shows travelers/participants only, not buyers who aren't traveling. For example, if a parent books a trip for their child, only the child will appear here. To see a full list of everyone who has made a purchase, please refer to the Customers report.
What timezone is used for my reports?
Reports are generated using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To maintain data consistency across all regions, no local time zone conversions are applied to timestamps.
