To access the Packages & Add-ons report, navigate to "Reports" in the main menu and select "Packages & Add-ons" under the Performance Reports section on the left.
From this dashboard, you can filter your data by date, trip title, ID, currency, packages, and add-ons.
You will see summaries for all trips with a package or add-on activity, along with the number of distinct packages and add-ons.
Note: Please keep in mind that only packages and add-ons with at least one booking or cancellation will show in this report.
Data Table Overview
This report has three Data Tables:
Packages & Add-Ons By Trips
Each row shows how a single package or add-on performed on a single trip departure. You can sort the list by clicking any column header, and download your data by selecting "Export."
Trip Name & ID (if applicable) - The name and unique identifier of the trip.
Departure Date - The date the trip begins.
Item Type - Indicate whether it is a package or add-on.
Item Title - The name of the package or add-on.
Currency - The currency used for the trip.
Booked Amount - Total booked amount for the order.
Max Capacity - The maximum group size set for the trip.
Booked - Total booked items.
Booked % - The current booking percentage of capacity filled.
Packages

Package Title - The name of the package.

Booked - Number of booked packages.
Currency - The currency used for the package.

Add-on Title - The name of the add-on.
Trips - Number of trips with this add-on.
Booked - Number of booked add-ons.
Currency - The currency used for the add-on.
Booked Amount - Total booked amount for the add-on.
Note: This report updates periodically. Please be aware that recent activity may not be reflected immediately.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why doesn’t the data reflect my recent changes?
Our reports refresh approximately every 6 hours. If you’ve processed a change very recently, please allow one full refresh cycle for those updates to appear in your dashboard report.
Why is an add-on that is used on multiple trips missing from my report?
If an add-on shares the same name and currency across multiple trips, its data is rolled up into a single row.
What timezone is used for my reports?
Reports are generated using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To maintain data consistency across all regions, no local time zone conversions are applied to timestamps.
