To access the bookings report, navigate to "Reports" in the main menu and select "Bookings" under the Performance Reports section on the left.
From this dashboard, you can filter your data by trip title, ID, owner, currency, or departure date.
You will see summaries for all bookings, travelers, including the booked amount, the paid amount, upcoming installments, and past-due installment amounts. To export your data, simply hover over the three dots next to any category to download the results.
Data Table Overview
The Data Table provides a breakdown of every booking across all trip departures.
You can filter by Payment Plan Status: Fully Paid, Past Due, Upcoming, or Upcoming + Past Due.
Trip Title & ID (if applicable) - The name and unique identifier of the trip.
Trip Owner - The name of the organizer or team member who created the trip.
Trip Owner Email - The email of the organizer or team member who created the trip.
Departure Date - The date the trip begins.
Currency - The currency used for the trip.
Buyer First Name - First name of the person who made the purchase.
Buyer Last Name - Last name of the person who made the purchase.
Buyer Email - Email address of the buyer.
Travelers - The total number of active travelers (participants) across all bookings.
Cancelled Travelers - The total number of cancelled participants in this booking.
Packages - Comma-separated list of packages selected in this booking.
Add-ons - Comma-separated list of selected add-ons and personal add-ons.
Booked Amount - Total booked amount for the order.
Paid Amount - Amount already paid.
Upcoming Installments - Total amount of scheduled for future installments according to the booking payment plan.
Past Due Installments - Total amount of unpaid installments that are past their due date.
Payment Plan Status - Derived status of the booking payment plan: Fully Paid, Past Due, Upcoming, Upcoming + Past Due.
Discount Codes - Comma-separated list of any discount codes applied to this booking.
Initial Booking Date - When the booking was placed.

Amount Disputed
Amount Expected
You can sort the list by clicking any column header. To export your results, hover over the three dots to download the filtered data table.

Visualize your business growth with two key performance graphs:
Booking Amount (by Booking Date): Line chart with total booked amount historical performance by departure date (for the past 2 years, this year, and next year) for all trips.
Travelers (by Booking Date): Bar chart with total travelers' historical performance by departure date (for the past 2 years, this year, and next year) for all trips.
You can download the graph results by clicking the three dots on the right of each chart.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why doesn’t the data reflect my recent changes?
Our reports refresh approximately every 6 hours. If you’ve processed a change very recently, please allow one full refresh cycle for those updates to appear in your dashboard report.
What timezone is used for my reports?
Reports are generated using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To maintain data consistency across all regions, no local time zone conversions are applied to timestamps.
