To access the trips report, navigate to "Reports" in the main menu and select "Trips" under the Performance Reports section on the left.
From this dashboard, you can filter your data by trip title, ID, owner, currency, or departure date.
You will see summaries for all trips, including those with no bookings, partial bookings, or sold-out status. To export your data, simply hover over the three dots next to any category to download the results.
Data Table Overview
The Data Table provides a breakdown of every trip by departure date. For recurring trips, each departure date is displayed in its own row.
Trip Title & ID (if applicable) - The name and unique identifier of the trip.
Trip Owner - The name of the organizer or team member who created the trip.
Trip Owner Email - The email of the organizer or team member who created the trip.
Departure Date - The date the trip begins.
Currency - The currency used for the trip.
Destination - Trip destination (city and country).
End date - The date the trip ends.
Duration - Trip length in days.
Max Capacity - The maximum group size set for the trip.
Bookings - The total number of bookings.
Travelers - The total number of travelers (participants) across all bookings for this departure.
Booked % - The current booking percentage of capacity filled.
Waiting List - Total number of people on the waitlist.
Cancelled Bookings - The number of fully canceled bookings.
Booked Amount - Total booked amount across all orders.
Paid Amount - Total paid amount.
Upcoming Installments - Total amount of upcoming installments according to payment plans.
Past Due Installments - Total amount of unpaid installments that are past their due date.
You can sort the list by clicking any column header. To export your results, hover over the three dots to download the filtered data table.

Bookings by Trip: Bar chart with total booked amount and total travelers for all trips.
Booked Amount (by Trip Departure Date): Line chart with historical performance (for the past 2 years, this year, and next year) of total booked amount for all trips.
Travelers (by Trip Departure Date): Line chart with historical performance (for the past 2 years, this year, and next year) of travelers for all trips.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why doesn’t the data reflect my recent changes?
Our reports refresh approximately every 6 hours. If you’ve processed a change very recently, please allow one full refresh cycle for those updates to appear in your dashboard report.
Why does a deleted departure date still appear in the report?
The report preserves the original departure date from the booking, even if the date is deleted in trip settings.
Why does my recurring trip show up multiple times?
To help you track, each departure date is displayed in its own row. This allows you to analyze performance and booking trends for each individual trip.
What timezone is used for my reports?
Reports are generated using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). To maintain data consistency across all regions, no local time zone conversions are applied to timestamps.
