Learn how to streamline trip management with trip tags!

If you manage multiple trips, scrolling through long lists of upcoming or past trips can quickly become time-consuming. Trip tags help you organize your trips in a way that matches how you and your team work - making it easier to find, manage, and reuse trips whenever needed.

With trip tags, you can:

  • Quickly locate specific trips without searching or scrolling

  • Organize trips based on your workflow or business structure

  • Collaborate more efficiently with your team

  • Easily manage, duplicate, or update trips

Create and manage tags

To get started, open your My Trips dashboard. In the left sidebar, click Add tags to create and manage your tags. You can also create and assign tags directly from your trip list - simply hover over a trip and add tags there.



You can now create a tag, select a colour to help visually organize it, and save your changes. You can also group related tags under the same colour to categorize them in a way that best fits your workflow.



Click the ⚙️ icon to manage your tags. Here, you can create, edit, delete, and review all tags connected to your account.


Newly created tags are available across your account for you and any team members who have access to all trips.

Apply a tag to your trips

You can assign one or multiple tags directly from your trip list. There’s no limit - add as many tags as needed to organize your trips your way.



Filter trips using tags

When you select a tag under Filter by tags:

  • Your trips list instantly shows only trips with that tag

  • You can move between trip folders in the left sidebar (Upcoming, Past, Draft, etc.) while keeping your tag filter active

  • You can quickly open the right trip and continue working

This helps you complete tasks faster - whether you're reviewing details, updating trips, or duplicating past experiences.

Please note: when selecting multiple tags, the system will display only trips that contain all of the selected tags. It will not show trips that have just one of the chosen tags - only those that match the full combination.

What are some useful tag ideas?

You can organize your trips in whichever way works best for you and your team. Tags are flexible, so feel free to structure them around your workflow, client types, or destinations.

Here are some commonly used examples:

  • Seasonal trips (e.g., 2027 Season)

  • Destinations (Italy, Peru, Japan, France)

  • VIP Clients

  • Private or Public trips

💡 Tip: Try combining tags for even more precise organization - for example, VIP Clients + Italy + 2027 Season to quickly narrow down specific trips.

Will my team members have access to trip tags?

Yes, your team members with access to all trips can view, create, and use existing tags.

Will participants see trip tags?

No, the tags are internal and are only visible within your organizer or team member account.

Are trip tags available on all subscription plans?

Yes - trip tags are available on both Basic and Pro subscriptions!
