What happens to your existing Pro Features when downgraded?

Features that remain enabled after downgrade (with conditions)

If you had the following features enabled before downgrading, they will continue to work under specific conditions:

  • Auto-billing: Automated payments continue for existing trips and bookings (new and existing) where it was already set up.

  • E-signature: Continues to work for trips that were created with this feature.

  • Custom Payment Plans: Existing plans remain in place, but you cannot create new ones or edit/add custom payment plans.

  • File Uploads: Existing upload requests for trips remain, and you can still access all uploaded documents. However, you cannot edit existing upload requests or add new ones.

  • Participant Tasks: Existing tasks remain and can be used or deleted, but you cannot edit or move post-checkout tasks between groups.

  • Lists: Existing lists remain and can be used, edited, or deleted, but you cannot create new ones.

  • Custom URL: Continues to work for new and existing trips.

  • Custom Login URL: Continues to work for new and existing participants.

  • Itinerary: Existing itineraries remain visible and editable. However, you cannot create new itineraries, duplicate existing ones, or use the Library/AI Assistant.

  • Inventory Management: Resources stay attached to existing orders. You can still manage resources for existing bookings (add/edit, view list and calendar, and download Excel with inventory information), but you cannot update package configurations or create a new resource.

  • Insurance: Existing policies purchased will remain active for existing bookings.

  • API & Webhooks: Existing keys continue to work, but you cannot generate new ones.

🚨 Please note that all other features not listed here will be discontinued as soon as the subscription is downgraded.
