Please note that combining currencies and payment methods is not compatible with our system (i.e., you cannot collect EUR or GBP using ACH, USD or GBP using SEPA, or USD or EUR using BACS).

Non-instant payments—such as ACH, SEPA, BACS, PAD, and BECS—will initially be marked as “pending.”

  • Once the participant’s bank processes the payment, it will either be approved or declined.

  • If the payment is declined, the participant can easily retry the payment from their trip dashboard.

Please keep in mind that weekends and bank holidays are not considered business days, which means the payment might take a bit longer to process completely.
