To maintain a healthy business, it is essential to have an accurate overview of the funds that have entered and exited your WeTravel account. WeTravel allows you to see this information in a visual format using the Cashflow Dashboard. This dashboard only shows historical and factual information; it does not take into account future incoming payments.
TIP: For information on future payments, you can use the Upcoming Payments Dashboard.
How to find and edit the Cash Flow dashboard
To access the cashflow dashboard, click on the reporting tab in the main menu and select Cash Flow:
Filtering the Cash Flow Dashboard view
You can filter the view by Trip, Currency, and Date Range.
Note: If you do not select a trip, you will see the information for all trips.
You can select multiple filters at the same time - they won’t cancel each other out. However, changing the currency choice WILL override any other previously set filters and set them back to the default.
In order to see information from the start of your WeTravel account till current day, you can clear the date filter by clicking on the “x” symbol:
You can select any of the 21 main currencies in the currency filter, and the default is always USD. (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, ZAR, CHF, SEK, DKK, NOK, PLN, NZD, HKD, MXN, BRL, SGD, JPY, HUF, CZK, AED, TRY).
Trips in any currency other than those above will not be shown in the cash flow report.
Reading the Cash Flow Dashboard
Payments Collected
This graph displays the total of payments you have collected. Any refunds or disputes are not deducted (it shows that they still have been collected at some point), and it also includes any cash or check payments you have added to the system.
Available Balance as of Today
The total of funds in your selected currency that you have available to payout to your bank account or to suppliers at this moment.
Total Payouts as of Today
The total payouts as of today show an overview of the payouts made, separated by local payouts, wire transfers, WeTravel cards, and Supplier Transfers.
Net Collected
This graph shows the net amount of payments collected, including cash and check payments you have added to the system. The difference between Payments Collected and Net Collected is that the refunds, disputes, and fees are deducted from this graph.
Sales
The sales graph shows the value of the packages and add-ons you have sold to date, both paid and unpaid. Canceled bookings are not counted in this graph, and any discounts applied are deducted from the total amount.
TIP: Clicking the "i" icon next to each graph or table will display an explanation of its contents, or read the definitions below.
Customers
Number of participants who booked in the selected period. Cancellations will be deducted from the total number.
Cancelled Customers
The number of canceled participants for bookings made in the selected period.
Disputes
Total amount of disputed payments in the selected period.
Refunds
Total amount of refunds issued, including cash refunds, in the selected period.
Add-on Options
Number of add-on options sold in the selected period.
Add-ons Cancelled
Number of cancelled add-ons booked in the selected period.
External Payments
Total of payments collected as "External."
External Refunds
External refunds made only during the selected period.
Leads
Number of people who have downloaded a brochure or contacted you from your trip pages. This number remains the same regardless of the date and currency selection. Trip selection is taken into consideration.
Leads Converted
Number of bookings received from leads generated on WeTravel from brochure downloads or contact requests. This number remains the same regardless of date and currency selection.
Revenue from Leads
Amount of sales generated from leads received via WeTravel. Date and currency selection are not taken into account.
Contributions
Amount of payments collected via the contribution pages.
Waitlisted
Number of people signed up on the waitlist. If they were booked from the waitlist invitation, they will still show up here.

Does this feature work on both mobile and web browsers?
You can easily access the dashboard on web and mobile browsers.
Is this feature available to team members?
Yes! Team members with "View full reporting & available balances" permissions can access this feature.
Can I download these reports?
You can download the Payments Collected, Net Collected, and Sales by hovering over the graph and selecting CSV, XLSX, or PNG.
Will I be able to access the dashboard if I have connected my Stripe Standard account with WeTravel?
For Stripe Standard users, we will only show the activity received before connecting the Stripe account with WeTravel.
