How to access your booking after using Guest Checkout

Learn what to do when you've signed up as a guest and want to access your booking.

If you booked a trip using guest checkout, you can access your booking using a 6-digit verification code sent to your email.

There are two ways to access your booking:

  1. Through WeTravel

    • Click "Sign In" and enter the email you used to book your trip.

    • We will send you a secure 6-digit code to your email. Please check your inbox, and remember that the code will be valid for 15 minutes.

  2. Through Your Organizer's Emails

    • Please check your inbox for emails from your trip organizer.

    • These emails contain links to your booking details. When you click the link, your email address will already be auto-filled, or alternatively, please enter the email you used to book your trip.

    • You will then receive a secure 6-digit code to your email. Please check your inbox, and remember that the code will be valid for 15 minutes.
