Voice Profile analyzes your past trips and itineraries to learn how you write — your persona, audience, tone, and the words you typically use (and avoid). It turns this into a short, editable profile that you can review and adjust.
To create your Voice Profile, go to Business Settings > Branding & Pro Settings > Pro Settings.
Click Generate voice profile:
Once your voice profile is generated, you can enable it for email drafting, edit its text, regenerate it, or delete it.
Note: If you have only a few trips or your content is very templated, you may see a "not enough content" result instead of a generated voice profile. Add more trips and try generating it again.
Once enabled for email drafting, AI-drafted replies to inquiries will be written in your own voice rather than in generic travel marketing copy. Learn more about AI-drafted replies here.
