We process auto-billing daily at 7:10 PM UTC, regardless of your local time zone or trip currency. Here’s what that looks like in a few time zones:
9:10 PM Central European Summer Time (CEST)
3:10 PM Eastern Time (EST)
12:10 PM Pacific Time (PST)
8:10 AM (next day) Sydney Time (AEST)
If a traveler’s next payment is due today, it will be charged at that time. In the case of AEST, it will be charged the following day.
If the payment fails, both the traveler and the organizer will be notified via email.
This timing is the same whether your organizer set up auto-billing for the trip or you turned it on yourself for your own remaining installments.
