Learn how to verify your account in order to send and receive vendor transfers within WeTravel.

For security and regulatory reasons, WeTravel needs to verify the identity of all users that accept and transfer vendor transfers through WeTravel. If you were invited to join WeTravel as a vendor, our team will need to complete verification procedures before we can enable vendor transfers on your account.

For this reason, we need the following documents to enable vendor transfers for any new vendors. Please upload the information and documents on your verification page and complete your profile page. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to get back to you.

If you're an individual

  • Please submit your government issued photo-ID or passport.

If you're verifying a company account

  • Please provide an Employer Identification Number (EIN) letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) if your company is US-based. If your company is not US-based, we'll request for something similar, such as a proof of registration and/or an extract from the chamber of commerce.

  • Please submit a government issued photo-ID or passport from a company representative or the owner.

After uploading the requested documents to your WeTravel account, please kindly ask your vendor to contact us at info@wetravel.com to confirm the invite. Once your account is verified, you will be able to receive vendor transfers to your WeTravel account instantly and for free!
