Learn how to verify your account in order to send and receive supplier transfers within WeTravel.

For security and regulatory reasons, WeTravel needs to verify the identity of all users that accept and transfer supplier transfers through WeTravel. If you were invited to join WeTravel as a supplier/partner, our team will need to complete verification procedures before we can enable supplier transfers on your account.

For this reason, we need the following documents to enable supplier transfers for any new suppliers. Please upload the information and documents on your verification page and complete your profile page. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to get back to you.

If you're an individual, please submit:

  • Your government issued photo-ID or passport.

  • Proof of address (For example a copy of a utility bill, a phone bill, a bank statement, a government department or local authority letter, a dental or medical bill). Please ensure this is not older than 90 days.

If you're verifying a company account, please submit:

  • A Certificate of Good Standing for your business. A Certificate of Status and Certificate of Legal Existence are also acceptable.

  • A government issued photo-ID or passport from a company representative or the owner.

  • Proof of address (For example a copy of a utility bill, a phone bill, a bank statement, a government department or local authority letter, a dental or medical bill). Please ensure this is not older than 90 days.

After uploading the requested documents to your WeTravel account, please kindly ask your partner to contact us at info@wetravel.com to confirm the invite. Once your account is verified, you will be able to receive supplier transfers to your WeTravel account instantly and for free!

In order to then payout funds to your bank account please see this support article here for USD, here for GBP, here for ZAR, here for AUD, here for CAD and here for EUR. If you want to start organizing trips through WeTravel you will need to provide us with additional documents for verification.
