You've just created a new booking page, published as a “public” trip. Why can’t you find it in our marketplace?


The reason is that WeTravel reviews all listings in our marketplace for quality and manually approves each one following the organizer’s written request to info@wetravel.com.


Any request for an individual trip’s marketplace approval should contain the following information:

  • The WeTravel URL of the trip

  • Confirmation that it meets each of our marketplace requirements

  • The URL of the page(s) within the organizer’s website where WeTravel is installed as the booking system

Your listing will be approved within 2-3 business days of your request for approval, or we will contact you if we need clarifications.
However, you do not need to wait for marketplace approval to begin sharing and promoting your newly created trip with your clients. Your page is fully functional and can already be booked by participants. It will simply not show up on the WeTravel marketplace until it is approved.

Please note that we only approve trips from organizers that use WeTravel for collecting all of their payments.
