If you're selling your own travel insurance, then it's easy to add it to your WeTravel booking confirmation and other email communications.
Just go to your account:
And scroll all the way down to WeTravel Pro settings:
Here, you can toggle the partner insurance function on and off.
If you select "Yes," we will show our partner insurance link, Trawick, when your customers choose the option to get insurance.
If you select "No," our partner insurance will not be offered. Here, you will also have the option to add your own insurance link by selecting "Add custom link".
Please make sure to use https:// in front of the link and that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the link.
That's it - now whenever travel insurance is offered throughout the booking process, your customers can purchase the insurance of your preference.
If you’d like to turn off this feature completely, just set the toggle to "No." This will hide insurance links from your participants' booking dashboards, booking confirmations, and other email communication.
🚨 Important: This feature can only be set up and managed by the main account. Team members cannot access it.
